but our greatest investment is in you!The Closing Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the return of executed loan documents.

Coordinates and corresponds with all transaction parties including Account Managers, Account Executives, Doc Drawers, Funders and Settlement agents.What you’ll do:Initiates welcome call to closing agent; requests HUD, signing date and time.Maintains funding spreadsheet identifying date and time borrower is scheduled to sign.Assist closing agent with items needed from the time documents go out to the time executed loan documents are received.Maintains and updates Funding spreadsheet; updates spreadsheet to “Docs Back” as loan docs are returned and who they were assigned to.Assigns Funders to file when closing package is received; this includes assigningFunder in LOS Encompass, marking loan documents received in Encompass and updating spreadsheet to “Docs Back”.When Funding HUD is received, enters all fees from Settlement Agent to 2010 HUD-1; uploads approved HUD to“Est HUD” bucket.

Will notify the Settlement Agent the HUD is approved.

Communicates with key personnel if deficiencies are found.Provide management end of month reports on status of signing appointments.Monitors and maintains Funding Inbox; assigns and tags emailsto appropriate team members.Assist the Closing Manager on special projects; will serve as back-up to CC II as needed.Will communicate inter-departmentally and with key personnel assigned to the file.

Works with Closing Agents and Closers as needed.Supports development of peers and self.

Will assist CC II when needed.

Promotes team collaboration and partnership.What you’ll need:High School or GED required; Associates’ Degree froman accredited college preferred; or a combination of education and experience.Experience in the mortgage industry a plus.Working knowledge and use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, PDF Pro, imaging system and internet.Experience working with LOS Encompass a plus.Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skillsFlexible with the ability to adapt to change quicklyPossesses the ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skillsShows strong initiativeWorks well in a fast paced team driven environmentThinks ahead and anticipates needs based on prior experiences; makes an effort to act in advance either to prepare for a situation or to prevent it.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail orientedStrong interpersonal skills and possesses a team player attitudeWhat’s in it for you:We have a strong focus on going above and beyond when it comes to caring for our team members and our communities.
