Chief Financial Officer

About the Chief Financial Officer position

Reesby are looking for a Chief Financial Officer or CFO who will be tasked with risk management and financial strategy planning. You will be responsible for active investigation and safeguardings of company’s finances in order to help us achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

We expect you to be highly proficient in all aspects of financial management including basic accounting as well as broad investment and banking operations. You should also be an excellent leader to ensure effective control over all relative departments of our organization.

Chief Financial Officer responsibilities are:

Organize the corporate financial planning activities

Analyze company’s liabilities and investments and perform risk management based on the analysis results

Manage company’s fundraising plans and capital structure

Make decisions on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

Organize company’s finance IT system

Oversee cash flows for the company’s operations

Manage all finance personnel and assign tasks to them

Build and maintain vendor relationships

Create reliable reports and forecasts

Ensure compliance with company’s policies and legal regulations

Chief Financial Officer requirements are:

5+ years’ experience of working on a CFO, Finance Officer (http://www.link…) or other relevant position

Solid experience of strategy building, personnel management and financial risk management

Good practical experience with MS Office and financial management software (such as SAP)

Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law

Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and social skills

Good analytical and numerical skills

  • BSc or BA degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc or MBA will be a bonus, as well as CPA certification
