We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) whose primary responsibility is planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and partnership compliance.
Come be part of the Chamber Family let’s blow up the internet together What We Are Looking For In A Candidate: Build and lead our financial planning processes, including forecasting, budget planning, modeling, and financial analyses best practices Aid in the creation and maintenance of financial models, staying on target with all financial projections Facilitate the creation of quarterly and annual budgets, while performing audits of all company finances Forecast and manage cash flows, and improving AR Develop reporting on key operational and financial metrics and work alongside President and Executive Team in the creation of processes to ensure metrics, business objectives and KPIs are met.
Report key financial metrics to Executive team and investors monthly and quarterly Implement and oversee various systems for cross departmental reporting Minimum Qualifications: 4 years experience in a financial role BA/BS degree within Finance or equivalent work experience CPA, CFA, MBA or other relevant qualification is strongly preferred Elite Excel and SQL capabilities Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to create and deliver unbiased budget expectations for various departments Ability to break down open-ended problems into practical solutions Desire to work with a start up and contribute to the growth of the company Benefits here at Chamber Media: 4 Day work weeks, 3 Day weekends 2 Week Christmas Break
