Requirements Conditions of Employment You must possess U.S.
Citizenship or be a U.S.
National.
You must complete a favorable Background Investigation.
You must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
You must pass Drug Screening, subject to random drug tests.
This position requires Financial Disclosure.
Must sign mobility agreement upon selection.
