CGP: Senior Accountant – Sales, Property & Use Tax

Responsibilities:

Initiate preparation of and reviews sales tax, VAT, excise tax, and gross receipts tax returns for U.S. and Canada with external co-sourcing partners
Maintain indirect tax software (Avalara) with the support of internal IT department
Collaborate with outside tax advisors to complete preparation of property tax filing and property tax payments
Respond to State and Local sales & use audit requests, state and local tax notices. Research tax laws and regulations as needed
Prepare and reviews monthly business license renewals and research (new location license requirements and complete registration)

Experience:

Inventory Experience
Netsuite
Sales & use Tax
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or a related field)

HYB max 1 day week in office
