Our workplace culture values each associate’s unique experiences, background and perspectives and provides a collaborative environment for all associates to grow and thrive.Job Requirements:Work with the Entertainment Finance group’s senior lenders to evaluate and underwrite loan opportunities by performing due diligence, and analyzing financial statements, projections, and other collateral/assets.
Candidate must demonstrate strong underwriting skills.Support senior lenders as needed for presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals.Work with portfolio managers in the review and monitoring of borrower financial trends, covenant compliance packages, and portfolio credit quality.
Candidate should demonstrate clear understanding of risk management and covenant tracking procedures.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field and 4+ years in commercial lending or investment banking experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.Extensive knowledge of lending and credit analysis, preferably in a commercial lending environment.Knowledge of structured finance, leveraged finance or investment banking.
Knowledge of entertainment finance preferred, but not required.Strong attention to detail and high degree of proficiency producing written analysis of financial statements, modeling outputs and key risks and mitigating factors.Strong analysis and Excel-based financial modeling skills.Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with new people and cultivate relationships (internally and externally).Working knowledge of bank products, and processes involved in commercial lending underwriting, portfolio monitoring and other credit related procedures.Proven ability to organize multiple demands on time and assist with the oversight, training and development of junior bankers.Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Working knowledge of a software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
