Requirements:
- Experience: 6-8 years of job-related experience required, and within the CPG industry is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related.
- Systems: Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementation (MS Dynamics 365 or AX preferred)
- Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong Attention to detail; passion for accuracy and granular details
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able tailor message to a variety of audiences

Job Description:
The primary objective of the BSA, Finance & Sales is to support the Finance and Sales organizations by analyzing and improving the efficiency of the Company’s ERP system, maximizing system capabilities. This position will evaluate and understand business problems and translate needs into solutions, making recommendations to Leadership on matters that have significant profitability and efficiency ramifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Upgrading and supporting the ERP system on premise and cloud-based systems, ensuring that systems operate reliably and efficiently in a secure environment, product lifecycle management, performing regression testing, responding to audits, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitating training for users on updates and changes, as well as introductory training for new users.
- Acting as a conduit to the Finance and Sales Teams for utilizing the system to troubleshoot issues and implement counter measures.
- This role will liaise with the Subject Matter Experts within the Finance and Sales departments to resolve complex or emergent operational problems and partner with process owners to develop strategies, objectives and roadmaps for applications that are in alignment with functional department goals.
- Providing general support to end-users, this role will triage issues and concerns, conducting root cause analysis to identify and implement workarounds, countermeasures, and long-term solutions in partnership with the business.
