Bi-Lingual Accounting Assistant

Private, Post-Secondary Institution enrolling in Nursing Programs is in search of an experienced and established Accounting or Business Officer to assist in maintaining the financial and accounting services of the College.(br((br(Qualifications:(br(* Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business administration, accounting, or a work-related field(br(* Experience in financial services, human resources, and/or business administration is preferred(br((br(Responsibilities:(br(* Assist with the daily company administrative processes and procedures(br(* Report to and assist the Chief Financial Officer in daily tasks and duties(br(* Assist maintaining the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all monetary transactions(br((br(* Assist allocating resources, plan procurement and oversee budgets and contracts to ensure fiscal stability of the organization(br((br(* Assist administering the bi-monthly (twice a month) payroll in order to ensure that employees are compensated in an accurate and timely manner(br((br(* Liaise, Communicate and Assist with management teams to confirm execution of company processes(br(* Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout organization(br(* Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency(br(* Maintain implementation of human resources practices(br(* Perform administrative duties(br(* Assist in the management of records(br((br(Company is open to hiring OPT and/or providing work visa to qualified personnel.(br((br(Job Type: Full-time(br((br(Pay: $15.00
