Join Crowe as a Banking and Fintech Compliance Manager and be a leader on Compliance Management System (CMS) development and assessment, enterprise-wide compliance risk assessment and compliance monitoring.

In this role, you will:
• Design and evaluate compliance management systems and manage regulatory change projects for financial institutions
• Interpret regulatory changes and develop solutions to address them
• Identify and evaluate compliance risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
• Provide compliance guidance to Crowe staff and to client leadership
• Oversee engagements as well as supervise, direct and develop staff Qualifications Educational and Professional Credentials: Bachelor’s degree is required 6-10 years of experience in banking regulatory compliance, fair lending, consulting or internal audit CRCM or CCEP is strongly preferred Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of U.S.

banking laws and regulations, specifically consumer protection regulations.

Experience working with fair lending programs, and/or compliance management systems Ability to analyze fair lending and CRA data, i.e.

regression analysis, fair lending monitoring, etc Exposure to mid-sized and larger financial institutions ($10 billion and up) and fintech preferred Demonstrated experience overseeing and providing other compliance management consulting services, as well as performing regulatory compliance reviews Highly effective communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management Experience building compliance management systems, including performing compliance risk assessments Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools Supervisory experience, including reviewing staff workpapers and providing feedback Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
