nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities nn Oversee the books and records of pooled private investment funds Manage the accounting for cash, investments, and real property Reconcile and record purchase and sale transactions Contribute to the accounting for complex corporate actions Assess, approximate, and post monthly closing accruals Determine income and expense allocations to each partner Calculate and prepare distributions and draw-downs Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to clients Monitor performance metrics for accounts and each investment Work with independent auditors, custodians, and prime brokers nn n nn nn Requirements nn 10-14 years of accounting experience Relevant fund accounting or audit experience Investment management industry experience Big 4 public accounting background Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented CPA strongly preferred nn n nn nnJobID: 60525nn nnby Jobblenn
