20th Century Fox Television Distribution is seeking an Associate Manager, Finance. The position is based in Los Angeles, and will report to the Director, Finance. The Associate Manager, Finance, is responsible for the preparation of the quarterly forecast, annual budget as well as maintaining ultimate’s for worldwide Pay television and SVOD distribution. A consummate professional, the Associate Manager also plays a key role as a business partner to numerous stakeholders in and outside of the Television Distribution group.1. Build and report on the quarterly forecast and annual budget for worldwide Pay and SVOD television distribution2. Maintain quarterly Pay and SVOD television ultimate’s for film and television products3. Liase with Accounting to actualize forecast P&Ls, resolve discrepancies, and prepare comments for variances vs. Plan and vs. forecasts4. Participate in Plan and forecasting meetings with Senior Management and Sales Executives5. Prepare quarterly and annual templates for submission to Fox’s Film and Television reporting groups6. Continuously coordinate with Sales Administration team to ensure product availability dates, fees and relevant information are accurately reflected in forecasting models7. Continually improve reporting tools, forecast models and analysis reports to increase efficiency and improve decision making process8. Participate in ad-hoc projects when requiredBachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent;5 or more years of forecasting, budgeting, and/or accounting experienceBig 4 Auditing experience preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; Microsoft Access experience preferred;Prior knowledge of Pay television and SVOD industry experience preferred;Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strict attention to detailCandidate must be professional, proactive and able to work independently and as a member of a collaborative teamExperience:• Finance, Audit, Forcasting, Budget, TV Distribution: 5 years (Required)
