Purpose Statement (2-3 Sentences): Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position: Provide Financial Planning and Analysis support to all business-facing IT organizations.
This includes accurate rollups and financial advisory support for Actuals, Plan, LBE’s and LRP.
Major Responsibilities: List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job.
Include information about the accountability and scope.
Provide direct FP&A support for the Innovation, Architecture, and Infrastructure operations; and Operations & enterprise system for Plan, LBE’s, LRP and Actuals.
Scope includes $775MM of operating expense budgets and 1000 headcount.
Provide direct support for IT projects funded in the business operating divisions and integration projects.
Includes projections for LRP, RCE support, post-implementation OpEx projections, Actuals reporting and projections for Plan and LBE’s.
Total scope of capital and project expense $725MM.
Development of business metrics useful for running the business such as Total cost of Operating (TCO) for key applications in the business-facing IT organizations and metrics around contractor resources.
Generate ideas and drive implementation for streamlining processes in the Business IT Finance organization and centralized/shared processes across Business IT and Shared Services IT.
Supervise team of 5 including 2 direct reports.
Provide financial insights, direction, and advice to 2 VP’s and their direct reports as primary customers.
Reports directly to Finance Director, BTS Qualifications List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10).
