Responsibilities
As a member of the Eagle Alternatives Investments team you will be contributing to the success of the growing and dynamic investment platform of First Republic’s Private Wealth Management division.
What you will do as an Associate, Alternative Investments, Fund Operations
– Private Placements:
Process and review investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers subject to the following:
Adhering to and complying with applicable regulations and procedures, including those related to the SEC, FINRA, FDIC and IRS
Adhering to and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures
Identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer
Knowing and verifying the identity of investors

Communicate with client servicing teams and fund administrators to resolve any questions or issues that may arise in a responsive, timely and informative manner.
Work closely with third-party fund administrators to ensure efficient and accurate workflows
Reconcile and remediate investor records with the fund administrator.
Address ad-hoc questions related to administrative matters of the funds.
Assist in technological testing and implementation of new system rollouts to clients and our administrators, providing critical feedback.
Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.

The following are desirable:
â?¦ BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or other business/quantitative major is desirable
â?¦ Knowledge of Alternative Investments
â?¦ Knowledge of KYC, BSA/AML, CRS rules and regulations
â?¦ Knowledge of entity structures, i.e., trusts, IRA’s, corporation, partnerships, etc.
â?¦ Previous experience writing and executing VBA macros in Microsoft Excel to automate processes
â?¦ Working knowledge of programming languages is desirable
Job Demands:
â?¢ Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
â?¢ Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
