Responsibilities

The Eagle Alternatives Investment team (First Republic Investment Management) is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Associate, Eagle Alternatives, Fund Operations – Accounting & Administration with a strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting. The role will focus on activities surrounding the core operations of our alternative investment business and fund processing. What you’ll do as an Associate, Alternative Investments, Fund Accounting and Operations:Review the Private Equity and Hedge Funds’ Net Asset Value packages and investor reporting as required each month or quarter.Oversee third-party fund administrators and service providers to ensure excellent service levels to the investment platform’s stakeholder.Analyze and determine capital activity of the Funds.Participate on the Treasury functions of the private funds, including cash management and maintenance and usage of lines of credit.Perform reviews and reconciliations of investor subscriptions and redemptions in the funds.Ensure compliance with Bank and platform policies and procedure.Communicate, coordinate and work with the investor relations, research & investments teams and legal & compliance in all aspects of Fund operations, including Fund setup, investor onboarding, reporting and remediation.Communicate with underlying fund managers to obtain information necessary in the financial reporting.Coordinate and collaborate with the Financial Statement Auditors working with the private funds.Assist in the ongoing assessment, review and improvement of the platform’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications
