This position reports to the director of finance and works closely with operations and upper management.Specific Job Functions:?
Full charge over accounts receivable cycle?
Prepare and organize job packets for invoicing by accumulating time and expense documentation from various accounting sources?
Compose and communicate service proposals to clients?
Estimate job costs and prepare budgets for upcoming projects?
Assist with job profitability analysis and client contract review?
Establish and maintain effective work relationships with new and existing client management teams through a high degree of professionalism?
Maintain complete and accurate records for service-related vendors, review invoices, and enter into QuickBooks?
Recommend changes to business processes and accounting policies to improve efficiency and increase profitabilityRequired Qualifications:?
Meticulous attention to detail?
