AllianceBernstein’s Commercial Real Estate Debt Team (“CRE Debt Team”) is seeking a bright and highly motivated commercial real estate Analyst/Associate to join its rapidly-growing investment platform. Since its inception in 2013, the CRE Debt Team has successfully invested over $6 billion across three investment vehicles. To date, the funds have primarily invested in floating-rate transitional first-mortgage loans secured by major property types in key markets throughout the United States.We are in the process of launching new investment vehicles with the intent to expand the investment profile to include mezzanine loans, distressed debt, fixed rate loans, construction loans, and net lease investments.
