Job Summary: We are looking for someone to serve as an Administrative/Accounting Assistant to perform a number of tasks at our office.
They will assist our team with managing both business and administrative activities.
It is important that you are able to get along with people, have exceptional organizational skills, and be a team player that can help and adapt to new roles and responsibilities along the way.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Organize and manage digital filing system for documents and images online
· Maintain Accounts Receivables and Payables
· Follow-up with various tasks and maintain deadlines
· Maintain and update Excel Spreadsheets
· Collect W-9’s and 1099’s from clients
· Manage Employee Payroll Logs
· Manage Employee Handbooks
· Arrange shipments or drop-offs as needed with shipping carriers
· Download reports and track shipments
· Keep insurance and other administrative details together and organized
· Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
· 1-2 years relevant industry experience preferred
· High School diploma or equivalent preferred
· Good written and verbal communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills; courteous; organized and able to prioritize tasks
· Ability to work well with others in a team environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database and web-based applications
· Customer service experience
· Attention to detail
· Positive Attitude
· Authorization to work in the US
