Acquisition Manager, Cap Equity Locations

Job Description: We are currently seeking an Acquisitions Manager to join our team in Los Angeles.

This position is responsible for listing properties for filming.

This individual will work in a commissioned sales role.

The ability to work quickly, plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload is essential.

Responsibilities Include: * Deliver confident listing presentations* Work an existing sales funnels of property owners to sign agency agreements* Attend team meetings monthly* Source campuses, industrial parks, buildings, warehouses, hospitals, malls in LA County Required Skills & Experience: * Commercial leasing background* Commercial real estate relationships in industrial, office or specialty* Entitlement process for LA County* Problem solver with a forward thinking mindset* Excellent verbal communication skills* Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and under deadline pressure* Photography experience* Previous experience working with productions is a plus but not required To Apply: * Submit cover letter and résumé to Careers@CapEquity.com
