ACNB Bank – Commercial Loan Administration Assistant

OverviewA Commercial Loan Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to support the work of Commercial Loan Officers in order to meet the financial service needs of the Bank’s commercial customers.

This position is located at the York Loan Processing Office and reports to the Commercial Loan Support Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing documents for commercial loans, such as commitment letters and other correspondence to current and prospective customers.

Assembling loan packages prior to and post settlement.Contacting various settlement agents, attorneys, and insurance companies to facilitate the settlement process.Responding to inquiries or requests for information from other Bank personnel and commercial loan customers within given time frame and established policy.Maintaining appropriate records, providing assigned reports, and communicating with appropriate personnel.QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related position.PC skills, including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
