Accounting Principals is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist for a healthcare company located in Flint, MI.
Your duties will include working with vendors, site managers, regional managers, and accountants to manage cash and resolve bill discrepancies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILIITES WILL INCLUDE Input invoices in a timely manner to maintain an accurate and complete list of all open payables Prepare check runs and wire transfers for vendors Verify and reconcile payments for all properties Plan and verify sufficient cash to pay all bills Immediately advise company leadership and accounting management of any potential shortfalls Respond in a timely manner to inquires from Regional Accounting Director and auditors YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE At least one year of AP experience Knowledge of AP Principles AA in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work with co-workers, management, clients, and auditors Being able to prioritize a variety of tasks Excellent skills identifying and solving problems Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) require If you are interested in this direct hire AP Accountant role, apply now
