We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for a manufacturing company located near the Irvine Spectrum.
Position will be a hybrid role working onsite and remote.Pay $24-26 per hourResponsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:Will be responsible for supporting the accounting departmentResponsible for processing accounting transactions and handling adjustmentsHandle customer refunds and dealer incentivesHandle AP invoices for warranty servicesHandle freight invoices and billable servicesMonth-end accrualsRequirements for the Accounting Specialist:BA/BA in Accounting is a plus2 years of hands on accounting experienceKnowledge of AP and AR processesStrong Excel skillsExcellent data entry skillsStrong communication skills
