Accounting Specialist position requires knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, deposits, and ability to prepare monthly reports for property management clients. Must have either AA or BS degree in Business Administration or Accounting. Must be dependable, punctual, knowledgeable of accounting software and ability to learn property management software. Team player is required and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. At least 4-5 years experience in accounting required. Real estate and property management firm offers some medical benefits, sick time, vacation time and 8 paid holidays per year. Firm is located adjacent to Southwest Los Angeles College near Hawthorne.
