Job Details
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all accounting and operational aspects of air ticket purchases
Responsible for overseeing weekly commission runs
Responsible for overseeing all accounting and operations aspects for onboard vouchers
Learn the Air, Commission and Onboard Voucher process such that you serve as a back-up if needed
Assist in preparing all audit related items specific to Air, Commission and Onboard Vouchers
Requirements
Must have 7+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and IFSUM formulas)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or OneStream, a plus
