Accounting Officer

We are looking for someone to join our team, manage our bookkeeping, and assist with office administrative tasks.

Qualifications and duties:
Proficiency with Quickbooks and Excel
Bookkeeping, reconciliations, P & L statements, balance sheets, invoicing, etc.

in preparation for Accountant’s review
Filing in cloud-based software
Basic office administrative tasks
Experience in construction field preferred but not required
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,694.00
– $227,837.00 per year
