The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, and accounting systems administration.(br((br((strong(DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(br((/strong((ul((li(Lead the monthly close process and the production of periodic financial reports ensuring that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards(/li((li(Administer accounting systems while maintaining internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions(/li((li(Maintains monthly balance sheet schedules and necessary reconciliations(/li((li(Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness(/li((li(Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on budget variances(/li((li(Audit accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinate with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual financial audit(/li((li(Collaborate with external accountant for tax planning and reporting(/li((li(Presents recommendations to management on short and long-term financial objectives and policies(/li((li(Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements(/li((li(Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned(br((br((/li((/ul((strong(REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:(br((/strong((ul((li(Excellent management and supervisory skills(/li((li(Excellent written and verbal communication skills(/li((li(Excellent organizational and time management skills(/li((li(Proficient in NetSuite(/li((li(Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace(/li((li(Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required(/li((li(Six years or more of related experience required(/li((li(Certified Public Accountant designation preferred(br((br((/li((/ul((strong(ABOUT US: (br((br((/strong(We are a dedicated and heart-centered team that is passionate about making the world a healthier, happier, more conscious place.
