A progressive and stable gaming client in the Los Angeles area is currently seeking an Accounting Manager that can manage a team of 10 for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the accounting staff.
As well as plans and manages accounting activities within the finance department personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, accounting, and/or payroll.
Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, ensures revenue is properly recorded, coordinates filing of various regulatory, IRS and State mandated returns.
Reviews bank and account reconciliations, supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
