Accounting Manager (Consultant) (JO-2106-121513)

National retail company located near West Los Angeles is looking for an Accounting Manager Consultant.

In this position, the Accounting Manager Consultant will be responsible for handling various projects for the company.

Tasks for the Accounting Manager Consultant include assisting with month/quarter/year-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, financial statement preparation, forensic accounting, and revenue recognition.

The Accounting Manager Consultant will also be responsible for duties such as data entry, cash flow reporting
– accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R)
– and journal entry preparation.

The Accounting Manager Consultant will also work closely with all facets of the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
At least 10 years of accounting experience.
Strong GAAP and accounting technical skills are required.
Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Must have a flexible, and willingness to help type attitude.
