Job Responsibilities:
Oversees the general accounting functions, which includes inter-company accounting, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, P&L report, sales report, balance sheet management, etc.

Supervises the completion of Federal and State tax reporting requirements, insurance reports and other reports required by government regulation.

Supports all accounting and tax efforts to meet federal, state, local, or international tax requirements.

Coordinate work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records.

Oversee accounting clerical function
– assign duties, controls, measures of performance.

Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
:
5 years of experience in public/private accounting preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA required.

Experience in corporate financing, mergers, and acquisitions.

Excellent management and leadership skills.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Bilingual in Chinese and English are required.
