TriSearch is seeking a driven Accounting Manager with process improvement experience and strong multitasking skills to join a swiftly growing high-end hair care brand.

This role is full time, completely remote, and reports to the company’s Assistant Controller.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned do-er and reviewer with 5-8 years’ accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree.
They will take ownership for ensuring accuracy and process compliance for the general ledger, AR and AP functions, inventory and month end reconcilliations, leading a team of staff accountants and reviewing their work.
In addition to regular supervisory and team leadership duties, they will be responsible for wearing different hats, leading different ad hoc projects related to process and tracking improvement throughout different areas of the company, working collaboratively to streamline existing processes and implement new ones.
This is a highly collaborative environment, so the ideal candidate would be able to teach and learn new skills with ease, gracefully navigate change and build partnerships within the company.
The ideal candidate must have process ownership experience in the following areas:
Full cycle general ledger Month-end reconcilliation Accounts payable and receivable Understanding of credits/debits Posting journal entries Standard costing and/or working with inventory
The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-growing enterprise Retail, Beauty or Ecommerce environment, but it is not a requirement.
Ideally, they will have worked for a company with a D2C, B2B or B2C sales model.
Any experience working with Amazon services or NetSuite is a plus, but not required.
