With an immediate opening, a dynamic software company is looking to hire a dedicated Accounting Manager who will drive for results.
The Accounting Manager controls the company’s daily operations, which includes handling ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, helping with regulatory reporting, and more.
Establishing and scaling the company’s accounting and finance operations will preferably be handled by the individual in this role.

Your responsibilities in this role
Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processes
Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet tight deadlines
Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies and procedures
Review Call Reports for accuracy
This role can be partially remote.
Job Requirements:
– Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred
– Recent relevant financial experience
– Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
– Command of month end closings
– Regulatory reporting experience desired
– Reliable technology and analytical abilities
– Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
– Customer service oriented communication skills
