Accounting Assistant with Quickbooks Experience –
Los Angeles based prop house located in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles maintains a collection of over 30,000 pieces of vintage furniture and accessories.
Their eclectic collection of furniture, lighting, and art have been in thousands of films, TV shows, advertisements, photo shoots and events.
We have an opening for an accounting assistant in our accounting department.
This is a full-time permanent position on site with days and hours of Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
· Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
· Bank reconciliations
· Thorough understanding of the accounting cycle
· Able to assist with month end and quarter end financial reporting
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Professional phone etiquette
· Able to complete special projects timely
· Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
· Research and resolve accounting discrepancies timely

Ability to work with minimal supervision

– $25.00 per hour
