The Accounting Clerk will take care of general accounting tasks that involve reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, processing invoices, managing accounts payable requests and research, as well as the resolution of discrepancies related to any of the tasks he or she performs.
Responsibilities include:n n Job Summary:n Data entry, including invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records.
Responsible for timely and accurate recording and payment of invoices, rents, and other payables.
Input and process payroll and entering payroll data into the system database.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Complete daily bank reconciliations Work on various accounting projects as assigned.
Personable and able to effectively interface with internal and external personnel.
Possess strong math skills, computer skills, and great attention to detail.
Responding to customer questions and resolving issues.
Maintains accurate records and controls consistent with US GAAP.
Assist with general accounting tasks, including G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, and other ad hoc projects.n n Qualifications And Requirementsn n Education: High School Diploma or GED.
