We are a corporate travel agency with multiple locations, specializing in corporate, leisure & incentives travel based in Los Angeles. We are in need of a full time accounting assistant willing to effectively juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be assisting the accounting manager in various day to day functions such as recording electronic commission statements, reconciling company credit cards, running crystal reports, allocating expenses to proper incentives groups, running outside agent commission reports and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
An associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong mathematics skill and analytical ability.
Typing: minimum 50wpm
10 key by touch
Must be able to learn quickly with minimal training & multi-task!
Must be detailed orient
