As an Accountant Services Consultant, you will provide consultation and help answer questions supporting our sales team to turn prospects into loyal clients.

Acting as a small business advisor to our sales associates, accountants, and their clients by understanding the full offering of ADP’s suite of products and how they would be utilized by accountants, clients, and their employees.

You will spend most of your day consultatively identifying opportunities in our clients’ current processes and provide support for ADP’s products which may include, but not limited to: RUN Payroll, Time Labor Management, and ADP HR services Still, every day will be different because you will encounter interactions within different geographies and industries, and the solutions?you provide will differ based on their unique needs.

Through your expertise and relationship-building, you’ll identify and refer additional business opportunities to help increase accountant and client satisfaction and value.Implement?ADP Technologies.?You will recognize internal and external trends based on client interactions and offer solutions that benefit our accountants, clients, and ADP while also demonstrating the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage and document client issues to consistently meet business performance metrics.Partner Internally.?You?will?interact and collaborate with other ADP associates as needed and build strong and sustainable relationships with CPAs and Sales partners to meet the needs of our clients and partners.Multi-Task & Communicate.?You will commit to ensure one call resolutions as often as possible and build strong relationships with CPAs and sales partners to establish trust and contribute to the growth of their business and ours.

?You?will adhere to a daily schedule, manage a base of open requests, and remain available for our partners through various channels of communication such as phone, email, and chat.

Additionally, you will attend meetings and continuous trainings with a focus on building accounting partnerships.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements Prior experience is not required; we will train you to be successful You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.??A college degree is great but not required.

What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.

Bonus points for these: FPC certified2 years payroll knowledgeStrong client relationship and interpersonal skillsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints using pre-defined solutionsDemonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situationsOrganizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely mannerAbility to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
