Accountant/Office Manager

Looking for part-time or full-time accountant for a wholesale business in Culver City.

Open to flexible hours and looking for a candidate who is willing to start as early as March.

Looking for reliable and experienced candidates only You will also be responsible for administrative duties in the office as well, and there will be opportunities for career growth as we are still a small company.

Candidates must:
– Be proficient in Quickbooks involving invoicing, accounts payable, receivables,and inventory management, and have an understanding of payroll software
– Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business or accounting related field, or hold an accounting certification
– Be proficient in Microsoft Office
– including and most importantly: Excel, Word and Outlook
– Knowledge of supply chain management is highly preferred.
