< Div>Description:< P> <B>Altior Healthcare< /b> is elevatingthe mental health of adolescents and young adults ages 12-28 across the United States.

Our family of services is comprised of three distinct mental health treatment programs and one therapeutic boarding school.

With 13 unique locations, we manage and support 400 employees serving 225 residential clients daily located across five states; California, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, and Texas.< /p><P>We are excitedly looking to expand organization and looking to eagerly welcome an < B>Accountant</b> to our team!</p> <P><B> Core Responsibilities:< /b></p> <Ul><Li> Manages and reviews financial data within the accounting software (currently QuickBooks Enterprise).< /li><Li> Assists in financial close, journal entry booking, collections, bank reconciliations, payroll reconciliations, cost benefits research, and financial reporting.< /li><Li> Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.< /li><Li> Reviews accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and receipt functions.< /li><Li> Assist in cash management, monitoring bank accounts, and maintaining banking relationships.< /li><Li> Prepares, examines, or analyzes accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance with GAAP.< /li><Li> Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the VP of Accounting if necessary.< /li><Li> Participate in system implementations or migrations and automation projects.< /li><Li> Assist in the preparation of documentation for External Auditors.< /li></ul> Requirements:< P><B> Key Qualifications:< /b></p> <Ul><Li> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.< /li><Li> 1 to 2 years of financial accounting experience, with working knowledge with US GAAP.< /li><Li> Experience in managing the financial functions in medium sized business environment.< /li></ul> <P><B> Preferred Qualifications:< /b></p> <Ul><Li> Team-oriented, self-starter with desire to learn interworking the business.< /li><Li> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.< /li><Li> Hands-on style with a willingness to dig into detail to understand root causes and solve a complexity of problems.< /li><Li> Strong use organization,communication and interpersonal skills.< /li><Li> Knowledge of IT systems in the workplace environment including but not limited initially to QuickBooks Enterprise, Paylocity, CMD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.< /li></ul> </div>
