Accountant

A dynamically growing financial services firm in the real estate industry is seeking an Accountant for their corporate headquarters. The company and the team are known for their collaborative and progressive culture. The Accountant will work with the Sr. Accountant to manage the daily accounting operations as noted below.

Responsibilities: 
* Post and process journal entries as well as adjusting entries.
* Daily Reconciliation of Bank accounts
* Build and maintain schedule reports
* Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
* Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
* Verify and issue funding wires for loans and construction draws
* Assist with audit and tax work
* Assist with month/quarter/year-end close

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
1+ years’ experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
Proficiency with Excel
