ONYX BRANDS is looking for Experienced Accounts Receivable manager.

ONYX BRANDS is a Beauty, Bath, Gift, and Nail Care company that is bringing a high end and fashionable product assortment and look to retailers.
Job will be based in NW, AR working with Little Rock office.
Maintain accounts receivable , posting transactions and managing cash flow.
Reconcile accounts and review for past-due invoices, credit, etc.
Assist with cash flow and budget planning for upcoming receipts and payments Assist and/or handle Controller’s special requests of creating/processing documents, spreadsheets and reports.
Maintain files and all other documents related to job responsibilities.
Prepare necessary documentation for weekly Accounting reporting.
Maintain fixed asset schedules and assist with property tax assessments.
Reconcile bank accounts.
Maintain monthly reconciliations for financial statements.
Assist with month-end closing for multiple companies.
Prepare quarterly tax reporting for Canada.
Set up new customers and vendors, gathering all required documentation.
Assist with preparation of monthly management reports.
Assist with year-end closing of the companies, providing detail reconciliations needed.
Prepare annual reports as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS: General accounting principles knowledge; possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail; proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets; other computer skills, experience with NetSuite accounting software a plus; self-directed with the ability to handle duties as required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university and 5 years related experience in accounting.
Experience in working with retailers is a plus.
