Account Executive – Director of Sales – HCM Innovator – Early Stage Equity – Series A – $135k Base

Our staffing firm represents a privately held technology company that has a perfect 5/5 rating on TrustSpot and is creating a new category – elder care concierge service offered as a company benefit.

This 35-employee, Series A firm ($18 million funding), which is funded by A healthcare venture capital investors 7Wire Ventures and Pitango Venture Capital, is seeking a Director of Sales to close $50k to $100k ACV deals with companies with 500 employees.

This is a remote role, but you must be located in a preferred metro area.

Role Individual contributor working from your home office, in a preferred metro area.

$100k to $145k base, commensurate with experience.

OTE is double, with an uncapped comp plan and accelerators.

Quota is commensurate with your OTE.

Early-stage equity.

You MUST have experience selling software or services to CHRO and VP of HR buyer profiles.

They offer 3 different pricing models, which gives you significant flexibility when closing deals.

50% of your opportunities will be inbound, and we hope to push that higher with BDR team.

You will manage a large pipeline – each rep is delivering 3 or 4 proposals each month.

 Official Job Description Minimum Qualifications:
· 6 years of sales experience (preferably selling to HR & Benefit leaders)
· Experience developing and executing channel partners (preferably employee benefit agencies)
· Solid technology, agency, or benefits background selling into mid-sized to large organizations
· Track record of exceeding revenue targets
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong presentations skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
· Experience with Salesforce.com You Are:
