Account Executive – Bank Partner

This Account Executive – Bank Partner opportunity is a Business Banking Advisor style role, within Merchant Services.

You would own a strategic partnership with our newest financial partner in Los Angeles – Pacific Western Bank. Through a high-touch, service-driven approach, you, as an Account Executive, will work closely with our bank partner to onboard new merchant clients. You will serve as the go-to, subject matter expert for Celero?s suite of solutions: payment processing, employee management, ACH solutions, rewards and loyalty programs, inventory management, payroll, and data analytics.

You, as an Account Executive – Bank Partner, will lead the success of the LA region by having the ability to collaborate, and share, best practices with peers across the country. Key Objectives:

· Onsite Relationship Management: Identify and visit multiple branch locations to establish a level of trust and credibility with key stakeholders ? this includes Treasury Management members, Branch Managers, and Bankers

· All Warm Leads & Referrals: Nurture and strengthen the client referral, process to maximize new customer acquisition opportunities through warm partner handoffs

· Premier Business liaison to PacWest Bank: Offer vertically focused solutions, advanced middleware technologies, and frictionless onboarding capabilities to enable small and medium-sized businesses exclusively via this channel

Who You Are:

· 1-2 years of commercial banking, branch management, or merchant services sales experience required

· Ability to travel to multiple branches within assigned territory (work is done primarily onsite at the branch level or remote)

· Excellent communication ability with a service-based attitude

· Goal driven and dedicated to service excellence when adding value

· Strong ability to multi-task in pursuit of your goals

Compensation:

· $55,000 base salary plus commission; first-year OTE $85,000 +

· Commission of up to $3,000 per month (uncapped)
