Marketing Production Assistant

This is an entry level position for a person that has a passion for marketing.

An ideal candidate has a positive outlook on life, enthusiastic, hard working, diligent, intelligent and self motivated.

This position will be responsible for assisting in production in marketing communications, events and social media for Asian American marketing and advertising.

The Production Assistant Position provides an opportunity to be involved from concept to final delivery for our clients.
This position will offer the chance to work in a fast paced and fun environment.

Responsibilities:
All aspects of production including, but not limited to: print, radio, TV, video, event, and digital
Work with creative development, producers and vendors
Research, logistics, planning and execution
Scheduling and booking talent
Archive and maintain video, photos, and other media
Concept development
Database entry and various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
MS office suite, excel, power point, word
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & In Design
Proficient understanding of Social Media
Excellent organizational skills
Detail oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects
Basecamp knowledge preferred
Korean or Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) bi-lingual preferred
Position offers competitive hourly wage, good benefits package with full training.

Pay: $15.00
– $20.00 per hour
