Job Description Job Description Warehouse Worker Job Responsibilities: Warehouse:
· Loads and unloads trucks
· Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
· Sorts and places product on racks, shelves, or in freezer/cooler according to predetermined product code
· Marks materials with identifying information for shipping and/or receiving
· Cleans and maintain a clean work area
· Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Completes daily logs
· Responsible for quality control, that no damaged product is shipped out Job Requirements: Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse, or relevant work experience
· Able to work in a fast paced and professional work environment
· Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check Abilities and Skills:
· Punctual and dependable
· Very good organizational skills
· Ability to think logically and understand written procedures
· Understand basic math and basic computer use Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 70 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
· Use of electric and manual pallet jack; use of dolly
· Will need to be able to handle very cold warehouse temperatures including a storage freezer
· Squatting, reaching overhead, walking, standing for long periods of time
· Packing and loading product to the truck Compensation and Benefits:
· Full Time – Night Shift
· Non-Exempt/Hourly
