Paris Baguette Olympic is looking for a part time Bakey assistant with experience in baking.
Hands-on training is also provided.
The Assistant helps with the production that takes place in the store kitchen including preparation, and baking of decoration of pastries and breads.
This role is responsible for maintaining the in-store production process and for ensuring the workplace is safe and hygienic.
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Preparation of all needed materials and ingredients
· Decoration and finalization of pastries and breads
· Maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchen
· Must be able to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily production sheet
· Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– 0-2 year of food handling experience, preferably in a bakery
– Minimum High School Diploma/GED or Some College
– Able to lift up to 50 lbs
– Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
