What’s On Offer?
We are looking for someone to join our Accounts team specializing in AP to join our team.
Business operation hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
The emphasis for this role is on Customer Support and Business Accounting.
Have you got what it takes to join?
To be successful in this role you will need:
Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related focuses
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g.
Excel – vlookup, pivot table)
3+ years of working in a similar role preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Organize and maintain files related to AP and keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Process AP invoices by posting it into the system with the appropriate coding.
Collaborate with staff and vendors on resolving outstanding invoices, account balances and payment discrepancies; assist with the reconciliation of vendor statements, invoices and payments.
Perform additional accounting or otherwise office related tasks and provide general administrative assistance
Work independently in the Los Angeles office to support our New Zealand team
