Ashikian Jewelry Group is a well established jewelry design and manufacturing company located in Downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the jewelry district.
We are looking to hire an experienced jewelry production manager/ coordinator.
Position Duties:
Work directly with designers and jewelry brand to coordinate production
Ensure daily production is ran efficiently through different departments
Consult and review all incoming orders and prepare technical needs
Find efficient ways to push orders through in the shortest amount of time
Liaison between different departments ensuring proper flow of production
Plan production calendar and confirm customer requests
Follow up with department supervisors for updates as well as problems
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in the Jewelry Industry
Highly organized & detail oriented
High Energy
Problem Solver
Ability to work in fast paced environment
GIA certification in a plus
Full time position in an exciting and fast growing company.
