The ideal candidate should have experience creating TOC/TOA’s, calendaring and State, Federal and Appellate Court filing.

Candidates should be able to take initiative and possess strong writing skills.Job Requirements:Formatting correspondence and legal documentsPreparing pleadings, general correspondence, other legal documentsDictated correspondence and pleadings from attorneysTranscribe correspondence and various legal documents and formsProofread and edit legal documentsSave documents and emails to a document management system according to firm policy and timekeeper specificationsPrepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, orders, correspondence, timelines and other legal documentsPrepare contracts and other legal documentsManage electronic legal matter filesFile legal documents with clerks of the courtDraft a variety of legal documentsOrganizing, updating and filing legal case filesFiling legal documents with regulatory agenciesSupport attorneys and paralegals/legal assistants in day-to-day legal practicePrepare/draft pleadings and other legal documentsEnter attorney time in TABSReview legal journals and assist with legal researchPerform records and legal researchRevise correspondence, memorandums, and other legal documentsVerify and route correspondence, reports and legal documents
