SUMMARY: Assists in coordination of medical staff and administrative program support activities, and is responsible for maintaining current, records and reports.DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: NOTE: The following are the duties performed by employees in this classification.

Responsible for reporting and tracking the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation process.2.
Assists with the pre-application, initial application, and reapplication process.3.
Supports the Medical Staff Services team with privilege revisions as requested by the Department Chair/Division Chief.4.
Completes Primary Source Verifications including provider licensing and certifications.5.
Prepares monthly reports and provides project support to the medical staff database and analytics team.6.
Analyzes credentialing and administrative data to performs database audits and dictionary clean-up.7.
Uploads credentialing data from paper files and electronic sources.8.
Composes and edits correspondence and/or assists with creating presentations as needed.9.
