DRS Worldwide Inc. seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing team of communications and marketing professionals as we expand our digital capabilities and practices. We are looking for a team player who understands the implementation and best tactics related to digital media, and the critical role social media plays in content and performance marketing.
This role is a hands-on position where you will manage and implement social media, digital marketing campaigns and build engagement on behalf of several interior design and home lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
- Active collaboration with all internal marketing functions including PR and account services teams
- Fully responsible for the maintenance and performance of all digital marketing channels (incl organic social)
- Driving and curating daily content for brands on social
- Conduct and manage ongoing outreach influencer programs on behalf of our clients
- Serve as the agency’s expert for developing and executing paid and organic social media strategies depending on the client
- Build out and oversee more junior members of the digital marketing team
- Strategize + execute Paid search, Paid social, Organic Social and any other digital marketing campaigns (CRM, Display, Affiliate, SEO)
- Create optimized end to end online customer journeys from ad to landing page
- Implement a test and learn philosophy (A/B testing) across all platforms to achieve best results
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to meet ROI goals (using Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics etc)
- Conduct ongoing keyword research for Paid search excellence
- Have a strong understanding of competitor landscapes and how to capitalize on the client’s market position
- Create weekly + monthly reporting packs as well as provide insights and recommendations to internal team and clients
- Execute against a content calendar for several client accounts simultaneously
- Stay current and update business on current digital industry trends

Must-have:
- Strong analytical skillset with ability to work closely with data
- Competency in using Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Social management tools
- Advanced copywriting skills and experience
- Project management experience
- Experience optimizing end to end e-commerce journeys
- A/B testing experience
- Passionate about translating special products into the digital space

Experience
- A minimum of 5 years working in Marketing/E-commerce
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in Social Media Marketing
- A minimum of 2 years experience planning and executing Digital Marketing strategies
- Agency experience and working with multiple brands a plus
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
