We’re seeking an Apparel Production Asst.
to join our Apparel Dept.
Our team is looking for an individual who shares our values and has a passion for design, production, and digital content.
The position would be 6 month-1 year contract and in-person at our El Segundo office.
There would be some work during busy holiday season, but mostly from home – our office takes the entire week between Christmas and New Years off.
We expect approximately 30-40 hours a week and are only considering applicants located in or near Los Angeles, CA.

Coordinator responsibilities and requirements:
An understanding of Jubilee’s mission & values
Strong work ethic & open to learning more about apparel in the digital media space.
Proficient and familiar with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Experience resizing or recoloring artwork files
Prepares artwork files for print
Coordinates arrival and departure of production between vendors
Available to work out of our El Segundo office space 3 times a week
Remote work twice a week
Comfortable with managing and entering some data (Google Sheets / Excel)
Detail-Oriented
Works closely with Head of Apparel and Design Team
Ability to lift at least 20lbs.
Interest in Social Media and Graphics
This job requires a car and valid drivers license
Shopify experience a plus!

COVID-19 considerations:
Jubilee staff is working under a hybrid model.
We are in office 3 times a week and at home twice a week.
Jubilee provides rapid tests regularly and ask employees to show proof of vaccination.
