Great Pay to $150K ActOne Legal is currently assisting a thriving boutique plaintiff?s employment litigation law firm with an immediate need to hire due to their thriving practice.
The firm is immediately seeking to hire a passionate attorney with 5+ years experience in employment law who is solely focused on giving the underrepresented and mistreated employee a voice.
Ideal candidate will have significant experience in the arena of wage and hour class actions.
Qualifications ?At least 3 or more years of Plaintiff side employment Law experience ?Superb legal writing, and research skills ?Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures ?Class Action experience is a significant plus ?Must a have completed at least two trails (1st or 2nd chair) The firm will pay a top six figure salary for the right candidate.
Salary range is DOE and will depend on the length of the candidate’s work experience, the quality of their work, and how independently they can do their work (i.E., do they need further training or can they hit the ground running).
